How to Use Garden Insect House
- Set up your insect house in a sheltered area of the garden away from prevailing wind
- Some insects like solitary bees will prefer a sunny aspect and some insects will prefer it quite damp – be mindful that no insect will want to rest in a house that lets in water
- Preferable sites would be near existing insect activity such as a hedge, herbaceous border, flower display or near a pond

Excluding Bulky / Oversized items, we do not charge for multiple items shipping to the same address.

Items that are special order from the manufacturer may take longer to deliver. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery time on any item you purchase.
We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number to allow you track and trace your order.
Our delivery drivers will ring you an hour before delivery. No deliveries will be made without signature.
Click-and-Collect
Any item ordered online can be collected from any Ganly store. Simply chose the “Collect InStore” option at checkout and select the store, date and time of your choice and we will endeavour to have the item ready for you.
Click-and-collect items do not incur a delivery charge.
You will receive an email notifying you that your item is ready for collection.
Please bring a printed copy of your order to the store when collecting your product.
